Why I built an ADHD planner bundle instead of another single-sheet printable

Most Etsy planner shops sell single sheets: a brain dump here, a habit tracker there. But when I looked at the data for ADHD-specific printables, the top performers weren't single items — they were bundles of 12–15 pages. That pattern made me rethink the product entirely.

I started with the pain points I know from the ADHD community: time-blindness (you think 5 minutes is an hour), task paralysis (too many options = zero action), and the shame cycle of buying a pretty planner and abandoning it in two weeks. Generic planners assume working memory and time-estimation skills that many of us simply don't have.

So the bundle I built — the ADHD Brain Dump & Time-Blindness Bundle — is 12–15 pages of tools that target those specific friction points. There's a visual time-blindness clock sheet (not a standard hourly schedule), a 'next 3 things only' worksheet to kill task paralysis, a body-doubling session tracker, and a 'start ugly' habit tracker that uses low-friction, non-shaming language. Every page is designed to work with an ADHD brain, not against it.

I also added a Canva template link so buyers can edit and reprint weekly — no more buying a new pack every month. The pricing is $16.99 for the full bundle, with a $6.99 single-sheet sampler (the 'next 3 things' worksheet) as a low-friction entry point, and a $24.99 bundle + refill pack for 12 weeks of reusable weekly reset sheets.

The hypothesis is simple: bundling ADHD-specific tools (not generic planning pages) can out-rank the long tail of single-sheet printables because buyers are looking for a complete system, not another abandoned half-solution. I'm testing this on Etsy as an instant digital download. No subscription, no recurring fees — just a one-time purchase that actually helps.

If you're building in the ADHD printable space, I'd love to hear what pain points you're targeting and whether bundling has worked for you.
